To the Friends of the Reformation Society - 23 May 2019

Dear Friends

Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

In the 10/40 Window

Please tune in tonight to From the Frontline podcast on www.FrontlineMissionSA.org. It will be uploaded and available on our http://fromthefrontline.podbean.com/ from 21:00 tonight, Tuesday, 21 May. By God's grace, four Frontline Missionaries have safely returned from a massive Bible and school-textbook distribution mission behind enemy lines, in the Nuba Mountains of Sudan. Emma will be interviewing Frontline missionaries, John and Abrie, on what they experienced and learned during this month of ministry in one of the most desperately needy and remote areas in the 10/40 Window. “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims Salvation…” Isaiah 52:7

Mission Report from the Nuba Mountains of Sudan

Please join us this Thursday, 23 May, at 19:00 for tea and fellowship and at 19:30 for a presentation from Frontline Missionaries, John and Abrie, on the recent record-breaking Bible distribution mission to the Nuba Mountains of Islamic Sudan. The Nuba Mountains are an island of Christianity in a sea of Islam. It is one of the most remote, difficult to reach and dangerous mission fields in the world today. Frontline Fellowship has been ministering in Sudan since 1995 and this mission succeeded delivering, as far as we are aware, the largest shipment of Bibles and Christian books ever smuggled into an official Islamic country. “So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11

Back to the Bible for Reformation and Revival Conference – Cape Town, 24 May

If you are a pastor, teacher, professor, or dedicated Christian worker, who loves the Lord and desires to see the Bride of Christ protected from the false teachings of this world, please join us for the Back to the Bible Conference this Friday, 24 May, from 9am to 4pm. This conference is not a typical seminar, or workshop, rather it is designed for Christian leaders to come together to define and defend the doctrines that the Church of Christ has clung to for the past 2,000 years of Church history. We would love for your pastors, bishops, professors, or Bible college principles to attend this local church council, where we will seek to write a clearly articulated document on the church's stance on vital issues such as Marriage, Divorce, Homosexuality, Inerrancy of Scripture, Education, Economics and more. Please R.S.V.P. to [email protected] if you would like to participate.

This conference will be building on the Reformation 500 Church Consultation in Wittenberg, Germany, October 2017 and prepare submissions for the Global Church Council in Zürich this July. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:33
